FINTEL is responsible for providing Internet connectivity into the heart of the Internet Backbone in the United States.
Backed by the new state-of-the art Optic Fibre Southern Cross Cable Network, FINTEL now provides a bigger international pipe for high speed, high quality, cost effective Internet access connection in Fiji.
Customers need private leased lines to connect to the FINTEL gateway or alternatively direct access can be achieved using FINTEL’s VSAT satellite Platform or through Wireless Access.
FINTEL also owns a 100 percent shares in the newly established entity FINTEL Internet Services Limited – trading as “KIDANET” (www.kidanet.com.fj). The company was incorporated on 8th November 2006 for the purpose of managing internet business into the retails market.
